Forno Cultura

Workshops

Hands in the dough, fully present.

Forno Cultura’s workshops offer a glimpse into the rituals at the heart of Italian food culture. Held inside the bakery’s working kitchen at MOCA, each session invites guests to step behind the scenes and spend an afternoon immersed in the rhythms of daily production.

Whether shaping focaccia, baking biscotti or gathering around the table for a pasta-making dinner, participants learn through practice, guided by the bakers and cooks who make these foods every day. Along the way come the stories, traditions and small techniques that rarely make it into a recipe.

There is a particular pleasure in working with good ingredients, simple tools and skilled hands. These workshops celebrate that experience: unhurried, tactile and rooted in the enduring appeal of Italian craft.
